Right to Thrive

SB33 (Soules) is a bill for the appropriation of funds to the Department of Game and Fish for a study to determine unmet funding needs and possible new funding sources for the conservation of ALL of NM's wildlife.

On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, SB33 will be voted on by the Senate Finance and Senate Conservation Committees in Santa Fe, NM. We have to let them know that this bill is of critical importance to protecting NM's biodiversity; the Department of Game and Fish must be properly funded in order to conserve all NM's wildlife.

Meet us in the Halls of History at the Roundhouse between 8:00am and 3:00pm for a day of lobbying for our wildlife. We will pass out one-pagers with talking points on SB33 and assist you in finding legislators and committee hearings.

Learn more about SB33 and how you can support NM's wildlife!
