Join us for a variety of activities at multiple locations in Las Cruces, all aimed at saving Mexican wolves--one of the most endangered animals on the planet--from extinction by allowing them to be released directly into the wilds of New Mexico. Our goal is to collect 500 signatures for a full-page newspaper ad and petition. From 10-1, at the Farmers Market and Mountain View Market, we will be tabling, collecting signatures, and taking pictures and videos of people holding pro-wolf signs, talking about wolves and practicing their wolf howls. At the same time, at SWEC, there will be storytelling, coloring and letter-writing  (kids welcome!). It doesn't stop there, though as we will be tailgating for wolves from 3 until 6 at the NMSU football game.

We’ll need lots of volunteers for this. People will be needed to help table at both the Farmer's Market and Mountainview Market from 9-1. As well, those who love kids are encouraged to volunteer at SWEC during those hours.
